Welcome to Main Street Kidz Ministry!
We are so glad you are considering visiting Bacon Heights! Our greatest desire is to create an experience that helps kids fall in love with God. That is why we put so much effort into our programming, our building and our volunteers. We want to provide a fun environment where we capture a child's eyes and ears so the Holy Spirit can capture their heart. We strive to bring children to know God’s love through salvation, and nurture their love for God as we disciple them as a follower of Christ.
Sunday Mornings
Our Children's hour is at 9:15 on Sunday mornings and is for children in grades K-5. We use a large group/small group format. We would love to have you join us downstairs on Main Street.
Kidz+
Also, we welcome children up through 2nd grade to join us downstairs from 11:15-11:45. Parents can bring their child to the rock in the Commons and a volunteer will walk them downstairs. Pick up will be downstairs at the end of the second service.
Our Commitment to Partnership
When you bring your kids to Main Street, your children will receive fun, age-appropriate teaching in a secure environment. But we don't want to stop there. We want to empower parents to live out the story of Deuteronomy 6. This Scripture paints a beautiful picture for the family and of God’s heart for discipleship at home. The family is God’s original small group. We realize that we only have maybe 52 hours a year with your child, while you the parent have over 2,000. We would like to partner with you in your child's spiritual growth. We will support you in anyway we can!
