Hi friends!

The first wave of teachers will begin eating at 10:50.  Lunch is over for the last group at 12:55.  Let me suggest that we break up our time in the following manner:

Set up team (arrive at 10:30, leave at 11:45)

Lewis, Joplin, Kluzek, Brannon

Clean up team (arrive at 11:45, leave after you've cleaned up)

Baldwin, Cofield, Watts

I suggested this simply because it has been our experience at Wester that we seem to take up valuable seating space.  This is my suggestion, but of course you're free to come as early and stay as late as you'd like.
