After the Labor Day break, the workmen returned and got busy. They fabricated the steel and got it place in the footing hole.

 

These bolts are huge--no under constructing on this job.

Bolts and steel in place, awaiting the City Building Inspector's approval before pouring concrete, which we hope to do Wednesday.

New lentils are going into place to brace the roof when the new doors and windows are cut for the preschool expansion.

Mike was considering taking a bolt home for his kids to play with. They're only about 16 pounds each.
