Bitter Sweet!  That is how I feel after returning from vacation. 

It is bitter to be finished with a wonderful vacation.  The mountains of Colorado and New Mexico were wonderful.  I love the mountains and the beauty God has given us.  I got to do the things I love to do in the mountains like fish, hike, build a camp fire, and spend time with my family.  God's creation is an amazing reality.  Have you ever traveled from Lubbock to Southern Colorado and then to central New Mexico?  There is every type of terrain in the world to enjoy.  It starts with the flat land of the panhandle that is rich in agriculture.  Then, turns into rolling hills that are home to cows and horses.  Finally, you see the amazing beauty of the mountains that play host to all kinds of wildlife.  At the same time, the temperatures range from scorching to freezing.  What a grand God we have (and they say it evolved!!!). 

It is also sweet to be home (in my own bed again) and back at work (even though it took me over an hour to go through my emails).  I love BHBC and the wonderful staff I am blessed to work with.  Thank you for being a friend!
