The choice to dedicate your baby is soley yours.  

A baby dedication does not guarantee salvation for your child.

The dedication is really one of parental dedication. 

You are committing yourselves to raise your child in a Godly manner. 

However, the likelihood of a child's salvation increases dramatically with such a commitment from the parents.

If you desire to dedicate your baby, you will need to contact the Preschool Minister, Janyth Brannon

at 795-5261, ext. 19 to schedule your baby's dedication.

Your baby will be introduced to the congregation and there will be a brief commitment made by you

as the baby's parent and a prayer for your baby given by our pastor, Jerry Joplin.

There will only be one dedication per Sunday and is set up as a first come first serve basis.

We will need a picture of your baby along with their full name, birthday and grandparent names.

For time sake, we only introduce the baby, the parents and grandparents.

Once you have your baby's dedication scheduled, you will meet the Preschool Minister on the right side

of the worship center 10 minutes before the service.

The baby dedication will be near the beginning of the service.

The Preschool Minister will introduce you and your baby as you are walking up to the stage.

The pastor will greet you as you come up and present you with a small Bible and other items.

He will then say a prayer with the family and then you are free to bring your baby back to the nursery

while you attend worship.

Please do not worry if your baby cries or fusses during the dedication. 

They will be sweet sounds and no one will mind.
